Abstract

The article deals with the categorical study of the nature of state financial safety. Variability of definitions is based on the internal component of financial safety in ensuring appropriate conditions of forming and using of investment and financial resources oft hecountry. The definition of the role of the investment security in improving the stability of the financial system to internal and external threats was determined. Indicators and thresholds of investment security of Ukraine for 2013-2015 and their discrepancy to the established threshold were identified. The article has evaluated investment openness of countries during 2010-2015 and justified the position of Ukraine in this ranking. The author's recommendations of improving the investment climate and activization of investment processes in accordance with the European integration vector of development of the state were formulated. As the priority areas were selected socially significant facilities investments based on the partnership state-private mechanism.
