Abstract

In article development of direct sales is considered. Definitely main characteristics of concept of "direct sales" are also established prospects of development of their as instrument of marketing communications. Use of this method got distribution at the end of the XX century which influenced formation of the World association of direct sales created for development, support and promotion of the highest global standards and providing consumers with necessary information. Tendencies of development of the greatest world markets of direct sales are considered and distribution of this method behind types of production is analysed. The analysis of volumes of direct sales in the world and the countries of Europe is made. It is revealed that considerable competitive advantages are got by those enterprises which are guided not only by production of qualitative production, but also by identification and satisfaction of needs of consumers with use of an individual approach, providing full information and service. Prospects of development of this method of marketing communications taking into account needs of consumers are established.
