Abstract

The author analyses the food retail chains private labels: their quantity, brands, share in stock turnover. The main purpose of PL merchandising application is defined. The specificity of private labels outlay for different forms of stores is analysed. Factors of private labels arrangements on the shelves for different forms of stores are investigated.
