Abstract
The article proposes to extract apples from many options, which are to be selected from the total flow on the conveyor line to be applied multicriteria selection methods that are based on formation systems for selecting the appropriate parameters to solve the problem object recognition. Accordingly, it is appropriate to carry out optimization of parameters of energy-efficient management the process of sorting apples using an algorithm that operates the size (d), weight (m), color (g) of the object to be intensified and selection. It is noted that the automation of the process of sorting apples is a topical direction in the food industry. The proposed method Automatic sorting of apples is a promising area increase of technical and economic indicators of food production.
