Abstract

The article discusses the benefits of outsourcing and the reasons for widespread use in foreign enterprises. The dynamics of the outsourcing services market in Ukraine has been studied and it has been revealed that the growth in revenue from outsourcing services is predicted every year if enterprises choose profitable business lines. It was determined that the largest share of outsourcing ser¬vices falls on the IT business in Ukraine, but not enough attention is paid to the transfer of other busi¬ness functions to outsourcing in real sectors of the economy. There are certain problems in the market of outsourcing services that can lead to a significant slowdown in its growth. These problems include: insufficient state support, unpredictability of the economic state, unreliability of partnerships, insuf¬ficient methodological foundations for substantiating management decisions on outsourcing business functions etc. The theoretical fundamentals of outsourcing are investigated and the author’s definition of the concept «outsourcing» is proposed. The mechanism of organizing the outsourcing of auxiliary business processes of enterprises was analyzed, it was revealed the insufficiency of scientific develop¬ments to substantiate strategic decisions for the transfer of non-core functions to outsourcing. The advantages of outsourcing logistic functions and types of logistic functions that are often outsourced are highlighted. The transfer of logistics functions to outsourcing, in modern conditions, focuses on the ap¬plication of the logistics concept in the formation and development of a common strategy. A conceptual model of the formation and implementation of the overall strategy is proposed, taking into account the transfer of the logistics function to outsourcing.
