Abstract
In the article the policies in the field of sustainable development, implementation of the Millennium Development Goals, the organizational structure of the national public financing of basic sectors of sustainable development, the volume of national public funding of basic sectors of sustainable development of the USA, Japan and the EU have been analyzed. The priority basic sectors of sustainable development in national public funding of the USA, Japan and the EU have been determined. Multidirectionality of trends in national public funding of basic sectors of sustainable development of the USA, Japan and the EU has been revealed.
