It is underlined that the culture of the enterprise is a difficult social phenomenon which is formed in the enterprise under the influence of certain factors. In culture the social component which is directly connected with influence of the person and a component regulated by functional spheres of the enterprise is allocated. The model of management is generated by culture of the enterprise. In model of management by culture of the enterprise it is allocated three consecutive stages: an estimation and analytical processing of results; transformations and formations of corrective amendments; monitoring. Formation of model of culture of the enterprise occurs on the basis of the formulation, selection of the best ideas. Procedure provides elimination of improper ideas to the characteristic of dynamism of culture. According to them certain organizational experts on which procedure of modelling of culture of the enterprise can be based are formed. The saved up experts become a basis for reformatting of ideological maintenance of model.
