Abstract

The determining factor in the success of leading maritime enterprises was the formation of the enterprise culture. The main purpose of creating a system of enterprise culture is the maintenance of specialists at the enterprise; development of professional and personal qualities of personnel. The reasons that contributed to the development of the concept of organizational culture are presented. Strong culture of the organization, performing its functions, will ensure the creation of a special image of a company different from other organizations. Formation of the same positive image is a factor in ensuring a competitive position on the market.
