Abstract

In the modern period of intellectualization management as a single process, which would determine all enterprise policies do not exist. The creation of systems for managing the intellectualization process in modern conditions is at a level where business leaders and economists have already realized the value of intellectualization of activities, but do not yet have sufficient knowledge in this area due to the lack of a corresponding theoretical basis for the development and implementation of an effective system for managing the enterprise intellectualization process. Therefore, in the work based on the research conducted graphically interpreted approaches to define the concept of "management efficiency". They include: process approach, system approach, target approach and process-oriented approach. The research of existing systems of management of the process of intellectualization of the enterprise activity allowed to develop general criteria of the efficiency of the management system of the process of intellectualization in the enterprise, which form the basis of high rates of enterprise development, achieve the necessary final results of its economic activity and the constant growth of its market value. Their list can be expanded, but without taking into account the criteria considered it is impossible to rely on creating an effective system for managing the process of intellectualization of activities in the enterprise.
