Abstract

According to the results of the study, it was found that the institutional support for the development of innovative infrastructure in Ukraine is fragmented and ineffective, which is manifested in the absence of a single thesaurus of innovative activity, duplication of powers, insufficient coordination and coordination of the activities of central executive bodies that carry out their activities in this area, the absence of clear differentiation criteria and the provision of state support for structural elements of innovation infrastructure It was established that most normative legal acts regulate innovative activity in Ukraine at the state level, were adopted in the 90s of the XX century — the first decade of the XXI century, require revision and clarification in accordance with International Standards and Guidelines; not fully implemented; do not consider the development of innovative infrastructure as a strategic priority, an object of management; there isn’t single institution that would be fully responsible for innovative development and the development of innovative infrastructure in the countries, there are duplication of functions, lack of effective coordination between the institutions that manage innovative development.
