Abstract

According to the results of the study, it was established that 1) Ukraine is cooperating in the scientific, technical and scientific-industrial spheres with more than 25 countries, including the EU; 2) the institutional basis for the development of scientific and technical, scientific and production cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, and their innovative cooperation development is a series of normative legal acts, countries programs and instruments, the main of which are: agreement on technological cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, agreement on association, agreement on participation of Ukraine within the framework Horizon 2020; 3) despite the existence of institutional prerequisites for the convergence of innovation infrastructures the actual convergence and cooperation level between Ukraine and the EU is low; 4) high level of innovation infrastructures between convergence Ukraine and the EU is possible only if there are all types of relations between the residents of Ukraine and the EU («PRC2…», «HES2…», «REC2…», PUB2… «,» OTH2… «,» SC2…) and diversification of their forms, directions, structures, stages, objects, forms, spheres. The practical significance of the results obtained is the possibility of their use in developing a development strategy and enhancing the Ukraine’s innovation infrastructure competitiveness.
