Abstract

According to the results of the study, it is found out that effective management and development of innovative infrastructure is impossible without an understanding of alternative models for its development, their advantages and disadvantages; today in the economic literature there are no universally recognized and universal models for the development of innovative infrastructure and criteria for their differentiation; a theoretical and methodological approach to the identification of development models of innovative infrastructure of the national economy is proposed, which is applied for the systematization and generalization of identifiers of development models of innovative infrastructure and the definition on this basis of universal models; it is proposed to single out three universal models for the development of innovative infrastructure: a model of focused development, a model of diversified development, a spontaneous development model; it is determined that the spontaneous development model is characterized by the fact that the development of the innovation infrastructure of the national economy is uncontrollable or partially manageable, low-investment intensive, has no industry focus and is characterized by two-stage logic (creation, operation) ; the focused model is characterized by the manageable, investment-intensive development of the innovation infrastructure of the national economy, has a clear industry focus and a four-step logic (planning, creation, operation, optimization), the diversified model is characterized by the more manageable, investment-intensive development of the innovation infrastructure of the national economy, has a clear but diversified industry focus and is characterized by a fourstage logic (planning, creation, operation, optimization).
