Abstract

Today, more and more enterprises of different sectors of the national economy are aware of the need to develop a productive investment strategy that will increase their competitiveness, improve the quality of the products they produce, etc. Solving these goals requires attracting investment, which makes the research relevant to the formation of enterprises investment strategies in an unstable business environment. The purpose of this article is to define the basic principles and to cover some directions of formation of the enterprises investment strategy in the conditions of uncertainty. Forming an investment strategy in a changing business environment is a complex and creative process that must be carried out on the basis of strategic management principles. This encourages all the constituent elements to interact as a single mechanism of a complex system that ensures a more effective fulfillment of the set goals. The investment strategy is part of the overall strategy of individual enterprise, subordinates to it, which a manifestation of the system, is based on the enterprise’s long-term development goals, determines the priorities of investment activities for specific periods of time, determines the nature and volume of necessary investment resources to achieve goals, and determines the orientation of the investment strategy for accelerated growth of the enterprise. Use of determin investment strategy taking into account strategic directions and degree of risk. The choice of the type of investment strategy depends on the specific investment activity and the overall strategy adopted by the company. Properly defined investment strategy will provide the company with clarity in the tasks set, the definition of targets and their more effective implementation. A comprehensive analysis of external and internal environmental factors, as well as taking into account their positive and negative effects, will allow a more thorough approach to determining the type of investment strategy, which should take into account, first of all, the specifics of the enterprise, as well as types of investment activities.
