Abstract

Objective. To investigate the features and set the main development trends of the world industrial tourism service market. Methods. The main research results obtained using the complex general scientific and special methods of investigation: systematization and generalization (to determine the regulatory framework of industrial tourism services quality and major examples of industrial tourism objects with world significance), statistical and structural methods of analysis (to assess the status and development trends in world industrial tourism services market). Results. Scientific and methodological approach for the world industrial tourism services market analysis is proposed. The main features and trends of world industrial tourism services market are determined. The main development trends are identified: tour operators are taking steps to improve the quality of industrial tourism services; there is a permanent enrichment of industrial tourism services market by objects of industrial heritage; an increase in demand for tours and excursions to the objects of industrial heritage and industrial enterprises is recorded; almost no seasonal fluctuations in demand; increasing volumes of air transport in the structure of industrial tourism services according to the transportation; increasing the number of international arrivals for the purpose of industrial tourism.
