Abstract
The article defines the industry peculiarities of the formation costs of staff retention in conditions activity for ore-bearing plants (GOK) Kryvorigia, was presented and implemented methodical tools to assess their level in view actions of natural factors, installed links between costs given group with the components of spending mechanism, was conducted generalization the obtained results.
