Abstract

Theoretical fundamentals of integrated human resource management are developed on the example of tourism enterprises. The feasibility of an integrated circuit personnel management is suggested and proved. It is combined primary and secondary circuits solutions. That includes a set of operations, which enable the company adequately respond to relevant strategic business levels to the impact of marketing macro- and micro-environment factors. This contributes to the economic enterprise as the result of personnel costs optimization and it takes into account the specifics of its activities. The unified personnel management system is developed, which is the basis for the sustainable business operation, It is ensures the development of the enterprise in the long and short-term prospects of the market through appropriate regulatory operations staff, the implementation of which allows to realize a flexible adaptive human resource management policy in market bifurcation terms.
