Abstract

The article discusses the main aspects of quality management system in the enterprises of the tourism industry, in particular the requirements of the quality system in the tourism business, regulated by legislative acts, national and international standards, guidelines and quality control problems at tourist facilities, etc. The basic distinctive features of the quality management system of enterprises of the tourism industry are set. The necessity of improving the system of quality control mechanisms enterprises of the tourism industry is proved.
