Abstract

The article deals with the estimative-reflective orientation of personality as a quality that unites the ability to find professionally and personally relevant information to satisfy the cognitive interests , the ability to critically analyze their own achievements, the ability to generate new ideas and alternative solutions, to find the prospect of scientific research. The components of assessment-reflexive self-sufficiency (content-motivational, communicative-emotional, action- comparative, innovative-imprivozational) have been defined. The pedagogical conditions of formation of assesment-reflective component, efficiency for future research: the introduction of training for students, which goal is to motivate students to independent cognitive activity have been grounded.
