Abstract
As a result of the strengthening of integration processes in the global economy and the intensification of international competition, a new model of innovation development is developing and developing. According to this model, innovation potential is the most important economic and technological source and the condition of economic system development from enterprise to society as a whole. Therefore, the paradigm as a system of concepts and ideas about the development of innovation potential is a prerequisite for understanding the content and process of this development.
