Abstract
The issues of development of theoretical foundations are considered and the process of dissimulation of forecast trends of the development of innovative potential of tourist enterprises is specified. Based on the results of the probability predictive calculations of the development of innovation potential, a progressive scenario, a stable scenario, and a recessionary scenario are proposed. Synthetic initiatives for the development of innovative potential of tourist enterprises are determined. The road map of the action plan for implementation of the chain "forecast-implementation - implementation" of the innovative potential at the tourist enterprise has been developed. It is noted that the development of innovative potential of the tourist enterprise will ensure its ability to create and implement innovative projects.
