Abstract

The article is aimed to give the analysis of efficiency of the economic po-tential of agricultural processing enterprises as well as working out of measures to im-prove it by using economic and mathematical models. In the process of research it was used: methods of correlation and regres-sion analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. Based on the research the economic and mathematical model of efficient use of the economic potential of agricultural processing enterprises was reviewed and worked out. It was also suggested some recommendations aimed at developing the eco-nomic potential of businesses. The results testified that a number of agricultural pro-cessing firms have considerable potential to increase operating efficiency, specifically to increase the profitability of their activities. The multifactor regression model for agro-industrial enterprises was created and the factors of profitability influence were determined. This model makes it possible to improve the formation and use of businesses economic potential. The problems of economic potential efficiency of agricultural pro-cessing enterprises were generalized, specific methods and practical recommendations to solve them were proposed.
