Abstract
The article summarizes the nature and significance of state regulation of the economic potential of processing agricultural enterprises. Theoretical research and development of key components of state regulation of the economic potential of processing agricultural enterprises. The basic approaches to the formation mechanism of state regulation of processing agricultural enterprises and its impact on the institutional environment of agricultural enterprises The basic directions of improvement of state regulation of the economic potential of processing agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that in the work on the basis of constructive comprehension of existing concepts, approaches and methodical apparatus devoted to the issues of economic potential, the theoretical generalization was carried out and directions of solving an important scientific and practical task concerning the formation of strategic principles of state regulation of the development of economic potential were developed. processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex. . Namely, the proposed methodological approaches to improving the effectiveness of regulatory influence on the field of agroindustrial complex, which involves the following stages: the definition of the goals of state regulation; identification and evaluation of factors of regulatory influence on the economic potential of the agroindustrial complex; allocation of criteria for the effectiveness of state regulation.
