Abstract
This article is about the essence of good governance and it’s connection with right of everyone to be heard. Responses to e-petitions were analyzed from points of the violation right to be heard and right to participate in state affairs. Responsibility for law violation about petition was characterized. The way to implement principles of good governance in Ukraine was suggested
