Abstract
The article reveals the necessity of improvement of the role of State Treasury of Ukraine in state financial resources management. Problems related with the absence of effective mechanism of state financial resources management are outlined. Grounded the expedience of treasury passport introduction for the treasury control improvement. Proved the necessity of improvement of methods of budget funds income and expenses control. Underlined the need to elaborate the normative base related to: structure and functions of Treasury of Ukraine; methods of budget funds income and expenses control; transfer payments flow.
