Abstract

The article analyzes the existing approaches to determining the factors that influence the territorial recreational system formation and development, their relationship with each other and the peculiarities of each of them from the perspective of enhancing the positive impact or reducing the negative. Particular attention is given to the conceptual characteristics of the systematization of the most active factors that determine the territorial recreational systems formation and development. As a result, it is determined that the main factors that influence the territorial recreational systems formation and development, and are the conditions for the territory recreational properties formation, are socio-economic, demographic, resource-ecological, geopolitical, and socio-psychological. The abovementioned factors are multilevel in nature which depends on their origin nature, life, and mode of development in relation to the operational environment. By using their features successfully it is possible to control the territorial recreational system recreational attractiveness level effectively.
