Abstract

The objective regularity of development the such a complex phenomenon as the management of human capital reproduction of industrial enterprises and the formation of its new formats is associated with the recognition of the objective nature of the modern industrial production complication and the formation of new requirements for human capital as its key factor, the business environment changes dynamics, formation of alternative approaches to management, the formation of a scientific problem field. The purpose of the article is to analyze the scientific and practical objective preconditions for the emergence the adaptive management of human capital reproduction of industrial enterprises. Results. The features of modern industrial production, which determine the specificity of human capital reproduction and flexibility in approaches to its management are characterized. It is established the correlation between human capital reproduction and the business environment of industrial enterprises. On the basis of comparison of the basic approaches to enterprise management the combination of principles of adaptive management of human capital reproduction of industrial enterprises is determined. It is established that the systematic approach gives an idea of human capital reproduction as a structured economic process, and its management as a system with a complete set of elements. The application of the situational approach positions allows to distinguish the factors of human capital reproduction and to build the mechanism of reaction to their change. The usefulness of the functional approach is determined by the ability to consolidate subprocesses by functional units and by creating the effective interaction between them. The process approach allows in adaptive management system to consider the human capital reproduction by the results of individual subprocesses that are integrated with the goals of the enterprise. In the context of the stages of adaptive management of the human capital reproduction of industrial enterprises the problematic scientific questions are identified and research tasks are formulated. Conclusion. In the performed research as the main idea of human capital reproduction management of industrial enterprises the formation of a compromise concept is considered. It is based on the use of objective opportunities of apply the basic provisions combination of basic modern approaches to enterprise management and to solve the complex of scientific problems in adapting the system of appropriate functional management to the conditions of dynamic and changing development of industrial enterprises.
