Abstract
The article generalizes the essence and conditions of enterprise value estimates, analyzes the methods of its estimation, proves the influence of intellectual capital on its value. The introduction of the subsystem of intellectual capital management of the corporate enterprise and its components are substantiated. The algorithm of evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed management subsystem on the basis of a matrix model using structural and cost aspects is proposed
