Abstract

The study substantiates the new theoretical and methodological approach to understanding contemporary territory as space deployment of human knowledge and moral and cultural values, determining the methodological foundations of regional management, based on the conjugation integration. The methodological basis of the study made provisions evolutionary, institutional, behavioral economic theories, systems theory, regional economics, development of civilizations, ethics and social partnership. Determined that the process of renewal and development occur only when the space community members aware of the need for personal participation in the processes that lead to changes in the existing order of things. One of the main tasks of regional management is to create economic and legal mechanisms that can develop in people the desire for renewal and long term, innovative, aimed at preserving the environment management. The methodological basis of appropriate management mechanisms of regional management is system tektolohichnyy approach in which basis management practices must be coordination of people united in the power, industrial and social structures, based on perceived common interests.
