Abstract
The characteristics of elements of the personnel policy system at various stages of the enterprise life cycle are formed. The method of estimation of personnel potential is proposed with the help of the expert estimation method and taking into account the key aspects of personnel management, namely the system of indicators and criteria for estimating the personnel potential of the enterprise, formalization of calculations of the integral indicator of personnel potential according to each criterion (qualification and professionalism of personnel, effectiveness of innovation management in organization, efficiency of creative activity, psychometric data), and the formalization of calculations of commissions is presented lnoho integral indicator of human capacity in points. The personnel potential of the conditional enterprise is estimated. The forecast of the change of the general integral index of the personnel potential of the conditional enterprise is made.
