Abstract
The problematics in the research of the enterprise’s human capital reproduction that is displayed in a long-run decline of the research interest to the questions of reproduction in common, contained study of the reproduction processes regarding the human capital at a micro level and inconsistency of the received results is defined. Based on the system-genetic approach, the genesis of the definitions of reproduction and human capital reproduction is set up. The key characteristics of differentiation and the main approaches towards the understanding the reproduction process are established. Based on these characteristics the definition of the enterprise’s human capital reproduction got further development. The characteristics of the elements of such capital are considered in the definition. The reproduction process and its control should be built relating to such elements. The basic attributes set of the human capital reproduction’ process is proposed. Among them: complexity, sociability, cyclicity, continuality, lability, simultaneity, flexibility, measurability, effectiveness, controllability. The nature of the characteristics from the perspective of their significance in human capital reproduction management is identified. The structuring of the enterprise’s human capital reproduction is performed and the tasks of its separate stages are defined (formation, employment, professional development, social development, rehabilitation (saving) or disposal. From the perspective of the extension of the methodological basis of the research in human capital reproduction, its typology is analyzed. The types and subtypes of the human capital that are transmitted on the enterprise’s level are described. The patterns of change in human capital for each type of reproduction, the possible effects and threats of such changes for the progressive development off the enterprise are defined. The theoretical model of the enterprise’s economic system defining the progress of the enterprise’s human capital reproduction process and the formation of its certain types is worked out.
