Abstract
The article defines the objective necessity of forming a management system for the reproduction of human capital of an enterprise as a reflection of the regularities of the development of the scientific activity, the formation of legislative basis, and the exacerbation of the needs of the practice. Critical analysis of the concepts of “management”, “system”, “management system” with the clarification of their meaning is carried out. Based on the terminological analysis of the components, a comprehensive definition of the management system for the reproduction of the human capital of the enterprise is constructed. The new construction of the concept emphasizes: a) the reproduction process, which in general consists of the stages of formation and use and which should act as the center of influence and, accordingly, the object of control; b) the result of the reproductive process, which is considered a change in the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of human capital in terms of its elements; c) the final direction of the process of human capital reproduction as a part of the enterprise economic system to participants in economic relations, which are interpreted at the enterprise level as economic goals and human development goals; d) using as a means of influence on the human capital’s acquisition of new characteristics of various instruments of managerial influence, in particular, analytical technologies and economic models. The use of the latter creates the basis for developing effective managerial decisions and ensuring the completeness of their implementation. Using the system-activity approach, the general scheme of the theoretical model of the management system for the reproduction of the human capital of the enterprise is developed. It reflects the main directions of numerous connections that arise in the reproductive and managerial circuits: from the object to the subject of management and vice versa. The requirements for all components of the management system for the reproduction of the human capital of the enterprise are substantiated. The practical value of the study is related to the specification of requirements for elements of the management system for reproduction of human capital of the enterprise, which will provide their management with information to determine the directions and means of managerial influence.
