Abstract

The dynamics of capital investments and profitability of operational activity in Ukraine in the whole and in the agricultural sector is analyzed. The disproportionality of the capital investment index (in the category of investigated categories), which in2011–2017, does not show significant fluctuations, and the index of profitability of operational activity, which is significantly changing, is also pointed out both in the opposite tendencies in agriculture and on the state in general. The system of components of investment attractiveness of the enterprise is proposed, namely, tactical and strategic, according to which the system of indicators of estimation by groups is developed: profitability, property status, business activity, liquidity, financial stability, bankruptcy probability, quality and safety of products, efficiency of labour and land resources utilization, innovative activity, social responsibility, taking into account the sectoral feature. The sequence of the use of integral, score, expert and general evaluation methods, which is a complex approach to the methodology of investment attractiveness assessment of an agricultural enterprise.
