Abstract
The article is devoted to a new approach to the issue of technical equipment of enterprises for the processing of pectin-containing raw materials in laboratory and industrial conditions. New devices for obtaining extracts from pectin-containing raw materials in laboratory practice for further research and industrial use have been developed. The device of the developed equipment and its principle of operation are described.
