Abstract

The article defines of the resource potential of the corporation for the purposes of analysis and accounting is defined as a set of available material, intangible, financial, labor resources of the members of the association, which characterizes the ability of the corporation to obtain future economic benefits when using them. The main objects of analysis are distinguished: the composition and structure of the resource potential of the corporation and its individual business units, the provision of the enterprise with all kinds of resources, their movement. The effectiveness of the use of each type of resource, due to its specific features, is evaluated using a specific system of indicators, which in general characterize the effectiveness of using the components of the resource potential. The purpose of the study is to provide scientific substantiation of theoretical positions and to develop practical recommendations for identifying the organizational aspects of carrying out a complex analysis of the resource potential of corporations and their improvement, studying the economic content and structure of complex analysis as a complex study of the functioning of the corporation by types of activities and individual structural units.
