Abstract
The state of operation Ukraine business associations: associations, corporations, consortiums, concerns. The study found the most socially responsible business association that promotes development. Revealed the most active sector in the market M & A. A state regulation implementing policies to attract domestic investors market M & A, which will achieve a greater level of economic and social efficiency of their management.
