Abstract
The analysis outlines the specifics of bilingualism as a special social phenomenon in various aspects, particularly at the framework of social philosophy. For the study of bilingualism in this aspect provides the use of systematic review procedures in three interrelated aspects: structural, functional, dynamic on three interrelated levels of generalization: socio-philosophical, historical and typological, concrete-sociological.
