Abstract

Based on the analysis of a number of theoretical sources, the objective is to identify and approve the meaning of the notion “active intellectual or human potential” (“active intellectual organization”) with the requirements of the production (of the society) based on competent economy and the possibility of its use as a measure of the intelligence formation of early transition to innovation. Methods. Axiomatic method, methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis in order to clarify the meaning of «intellectual activity of the organization»are applied in the process of the study. Results. It is determined that the change of an economic paradigm of the society is the transition to the knowledge of economics, which naturally makes viewing motivations emphasizing on productive activities. Examining and studying the activity of the organization, you need to talk not only about the activity in general, but also about the different activities in terms of the nature of their implementation. Since the start of innovative activity of any organization, based on knowledge of economics, foresees the involvement of the formation of a system of knowledge, where the intellectual activity of the leader and each member determines the ability of the entire organization to effectively use its capabilities.
