Abstract
Showing the core factors of bilingual communicative development in the role of a mechanism of cross-cultural dialogue application we can define the communicative and discursive bilingual resources in the modern information society. We have identified the important tasks for the global society the matter to be solved by the implication of the communicative and discursive bilingual resources.
