Abstract

The objective of the article is to study the institutional basis, theoretical aspects, practical experience in developing of enterprises production conformity declaration algorithms in terms of Ukraine technical regulation adaptation to the European model for providing consumer safety as a key determinant of economic subjects security. Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is formed by fundamental thesis of global and national economy theory, standardization and certification, management. To ensure the conceptual integrity of the research such methods as: theoretical generalization, comparison, dialectics, analysis and systematization; institutional analysis; expert surveys and interviews, brainstorming, desk research, experiment; building algorithms and block schemes have been used. Results. In the result of the carried research the benefits of self-declaration of conformity with technical regulations for domestic enterprises have been analyzed and threats primarily associated with imperfect institutional basis, social and mental peculiarities of Ukrainian consumers and producers, functioning at the domestic market of foreign companies, which are more knowledgeable and experienced in matters of technical regulation, have been defined. At the level of enterprises low institutional, informational, organizational, administrative, personnel preparedness of economic subjects makes the need for information – explanatory work, consulting services, expanding the network of conformity of production laboratories and certification centers. Also, the solution of these problems and systematization of the researched process should be promoted by the «Road map» to obtain the CE marking for domestic producers.
