Abstract
To research innovative activity of Ukraine agro industrial complex enterprises, to identify barriers to the development of their innovation and to create a model of enterprises innovative development based on non-linear dynamics. Methods. Interdisciplinary of scientific problems has determined the use of complex methods: abstraction, analysis and synthesis; analytical and logical generalizations; economic and mathematical modeling. Results. The design of spiral isostatic model of enterprises innovative development based on the nonlinear dynamics, reflecting the dynamism of the innovation development process based on the results of innovative activity diagnostics and its development vector sizing, as well as giving weight to trends in the innovation activity transformation of enterprises in the industry.
