Abstract
The article forms theoretical approaches and practical recommendations regarding procedures that will facilitate the effective implementation of customs clearance of aviation industry exports. The statistical data of the modern world aviation market, the forecasted demand for new passenger aircraft and the dynamics of Ukrainian aircraft exports are investigated and analyzed. As a result of the research, it is revealed that the preparatory stage of customs formalities is complicated by procedures, large time costs and bureaucracy in obtaining permits. Accordingly, the growing demands of the world market for aircraft construction products and the competing capabilities of Ukrainian transport and military transport aircraft require a detailed study of the specifics of customs clearance of aviation industry goods.
