Abstract
The article deals with peculiarities of fiction works and their translation characteristic aspects. On the basis of comparative analysis, the author investigates the problem of stylistic transformations application in Ukrainian translations of the novel "The Time Machine" by H. G. Wells, identifies their integrity and propriety.
