Abstract

The aim of the article is development of recommendations aimed at effective development of the state management of the tourism industry by improving financial and credit mechanism. Methods. In the process of research of features of functioning of components of the financial-credit mechanism of management of non-productive sphere used: methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, analysis and synthesis, systemic and factor analysis and dialectics. Results. On the basis of the conducted researches the features of financing of subjects of non-productive sphere, for example the tourism industry, as a component of the mechanism of state management and made recommendations aimed at the development of the tourism industry by improving financial and credit mechanism of state administration. Scientific novelty. Generated financial and credit mechanism of providing subjects of non-productive sphere on the example of tourist industry of Ukraine, which is a collection of tools for implementation of financial-credit policy that does not inhibit efficient and allows for tourist activities. Practical value. The main problems of financing of subjects of the tourism industry, underlining the need for thorough analysis of the fundamental categories of financial and credit mechanism of state management of non-industrial sphere of Ukraine.
