Abstract

The article formulates a scientific and practical task, namely the establishment of the relationship between the models of the international hotel business organization and the development strategies of international hotel chains, as well as the implementation of the typification of these models. A typology the international hotel business organization models is carried out by separating such features as: geographical representativeness (spatial presence policy); hotel product and marketing parameters; inter-agency relations; management of the chain operation. This made it possible to establish a tendency for approximation of management systems and the overall convergence of these models. According to the national-regional character, three basic models of the international hotel business organization are distinguished: American, European and Asian. It is proved that at the present stage it is more difficult to draw a clear line between different management models. The collision of different approaches, the dissemination of best practices and the uniformity of solvable problems lead to the approximation of the components of management and the general convergence of models and systems, including in the area of development management by international hotel chains
