Abstract
The article analyzes the need to update the principles of making electronic textbooks based on the methods of modern information technologies and using the examples of historical disciplines. Attention is drawn to the graphical interface, as a methodological basis for visualization of educational material. The importance of using such technical achievements as (presentations, videos, online tests) is important not only for the creation of an electronic textbook, but also for philosophical and methodical principles of grouping and presentation of the information. Global world transformations create the new generation of the people who uses computer, smartphone, tablet not only as a tool, but also as the way to get to know the world. Concerning to this graphical interface is the code which helps to understand the functioning of the information environment. The spread of the information technologies and the methods of information processing and transmission become the part of human thinking and perception of the world. Human gets most of information from the Internet and perceives, processes and memorizes it according to the principles of the interface and programming language. Concerning to this graphical interface is the methodological base of the visualization of the educational process. The advantages of the suggested approach are considered, allowing to use the features of the higher nervous system, as well as, taking into consideration, individual characteristics of the listener. The progress of science is provided by the improvement of the semiotics, specially thanks to language of the semiotic logic. The shape of an electronic textbook which is based on the above principles and methods is described and presented. From the point of view of psychology, pedagogy and didactics, it is proved that history and computer science do not have cardinal contradictions, and their scientific product can easily be taken as the basis for constructing new approaches and methods of teaching
