Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the economic nature of the income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, determined the current state of filling the income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as well as to develop proposals to improve the mechanism of formation of income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The paper deals with the essence of the income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, identified the main sources of their formation. Statistical data on changes in the number of workers and pensioners are presented. Studies on the dynamics of income of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The main reasons for the low income base of the Pension Fund are identified and recommendations for their increase are given. Prospects of development of the insurance market of Ukraine are analyzed.
