Abstract
The article is devoted to the identification and systematization of the determinants of innovation potential. It is determined that the determinants of innovation potential are factors that are multi-vector conditions that lead to a certain result; at the same time, each determinant acts as a condition of the following factor and the consequence of the previous factor. It is noted that the determinants of innovation potential are heterogeneous in nature and reflect a continuous chain of factors. Determinants of innovation potential were considered at the macro level (country), meso level (region, industry), micro level (enterprise), nanoscale (personnel). It is proposed to research the determinants of innovation potential consistently with the model P6
