Abstract
The article is concerned with topical issues of modern retail chains management concept choosing with the view of their management system improving in a changing environment. The reasons for new approaches to network management introduction are identified. The concept of Balanced Scorecard (BSС) as a means of retail networks management system improving is proposed. The methods of accomplishing strategic goals and indicators of their implementation for each of the Balanced Scorecard concept perspectives are presented. There is an opportunity to identify, and if necessary to correct a causal link together the strategic goals and pre-define activities, resources, timelines and responsibilities necessary to implement established goals as well as company staff involvement into development and implementation of company’s strategic development plans.
