Abstract
To identify the features of the labor market in Ukraine and to study the implementation of national social policy considering certain fluctuations of the market. The peculiarities of the labor market development in Ukraine are analysed. It is determined that the creation of conditions for achieving the productive employment is necessary for gradually transformation of the modern workforce circulation processes. The certain measures are proposed to be applied to improve the market situation, including social policy
