Abstract

The main goal of the article is to find out the instruments for crisis overcoming in the national economy of Ukraine.The article is devotedto the problems ofcrisisovercoming by means offiscal policy.Particular attentionis paid to theimpact of fiscal policyon the firms’ behavior.The scheme of mutual influence between stability policy,market conjunctureandsigns ofmacroeconomic stability is forming. The problems ofeconomic development ofUkraine are analyzedthrough the prism ofdomesticand internationalcrises.The correlationmethod tostudy the ligament betweenfiscal policytools (taxes andcharges, budget deficit), signs of firms` behavior (productionof variousproducts) and signs ofmacroeconomic stability (inflation,unemployment rate.dynamicsof real GDP)is applied.It was concluded that taxes andbudget deficitas the fiscal tools are the most affective on the firms` behavior. They have to be impacted on crisis stabilization ofUkraine economy
